1. Notice of Infringement Requirements

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our Site by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following elements:

1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or — if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice — you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works.

2. Identification of the Infringing Material

Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed, including at a minimum the exact URL link on rspediting.com where such material may be found.

3. Your Contact Information

Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we can communicate with you directly.

4. Good Faith Statement

Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury Declaration

Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. Physical or Electronic Signature

Provide the physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material that you have posted to RSP EDITING has been taken down, you may file a counter-notification that contains the following details:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, RSP EDITING has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or submitters who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
