Privacy Commitment in Plain English

At RSP EDITING (accessible from rspediting.com), the privacy of our visitors is one of our primary priorities. We do not sell your personal data. We do not require account signups to browse prompts, copy templates, or download presets. This document details the types of information recorded and how we safeguard it.

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue using RSP EDITING.

2. Information We Collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information:

  • Direct Communications: If you contact us via our contact form or directly via email, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Theme & Local Preferences: When you switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode, your browser stores a key in your device's local storage (rsp_theme_preference) purely to maintain your viewing comfort across page refreshes.
  • No Payment Details: We do not collect credit cards, banking information, or payment credentials since all our tutorials, prompts, and presets are 100% free.

3. Log Files

RSP EDITING follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

4. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, RSP EDITING uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

5. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to rspediting.com and other sites on the internet. 8. Children's Information (COPPA)

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

RSP EDITING does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
